That was a tough game. Well stuck at it. I know we just edged it in the end but you guys put up a really good performance. Play like that every week and I am sure you will get the win you deserve

Great game Wilmslow - a really tough hard and very close game. If you wondered what the cracking noise was at the end of the game-it was the Skippers Fibia-he's out for six weeks but apologies for him making a meal of it-apparently in his spare time he plays SOCCER hence the rolling around and squealing. Apologies once again!

Chester 12 Stockport 0.
Guys, it appears there were a couple of reasons for all that shrieking from Burnley. Not only has he broken his fibia, he has shifted his whole ankle joint with all the carnage involving tendons and ligaments that that suggests. The area needs pinning and plating but they won't do that for at least 10 days because of the swelling and risk of infection. After the op no weight bearing for 2 months..............Still. he got to watch the England match. |

Well done boys. Great first half performance. We did not do ourselves justice. Second half was a bit better. We will be out for revenge come the return fixture.
